Спеціальне агентство контролюватиме посівні площі, на яких вирощуватимуть канабіс.
 

Про його створення офіційно повідомили у п'ятницю, 3 березня, в Берліні міністерство охорони здоров'я та Федеральний фармацевтичний інститут, передає інформагенція AFP, пише Еспресо.ТВ

Зазначається, що підставою для створення нового органу контролю стануть зміни до законодавства, які мають набути чинності ще до кінця березня. Нове відомство займатиметься серед іншого й тим, що видаватиме дозволи та замовлення на вирощування певної кількості конопель.

Як повідомляється, канабіотики застосовуватимуть у майбутньому як лікарський препарат для безнадійно хворих пацієнтів. Вирощування конопель як лікарського препарату розпочнеться у Німеччині з 2019 року. До того часу мають завершитись всі необхідні процедури в рамках ЄС щодо цього. Поки не розпочнеться вирощування німецьких конопель, ФРН імпортуватиме марихуану з-за кордону.
