Парламент Молдови 15 серпня ухвалив у третьому остаточному читанні законопроєкт про повернення до пропорційної системи виборів до парламенту. 

Як повідомляє "Європейська правда" з посиланням на NewsMaker, за це проголосували 59 депутатів владної коаліції і представники фракції "Шор".

Як заявив на засіданні голова правового комітету парламенту Серджіу Литвиненко, комісія врахувала всі поправки депутатів після розгляду проєкту в двох читаннях.

 

Законопроєкт, крім повернення до пропорційної системи, передбачає зниження виборчого порогу для партій з 6% до 5% і з 8% до 6% для виборчих блоків, дозволяє голосувати за кордоном за простроченими паспортами, дозволяє громадянам, які отримали доходи за кордоном, жертвувати гроші партіям. 

Також законопроєкт передбачає повернення заборони на агітацію в день виборів і за день до виборів.

Нагадаємо, парламент Молдови 31 липня також запровадив мораторій на видачу громадянства країни в обмін на інвестиції.
