На ДВК №121627 (Інгулецький р-н), що знаходиться в приміщенні школи №59, зафіксовано факт видачі виборцю грошей після голосування.

За інформацією спостерігача ОПОРИ, неподалік дільниці був помічений автомобіль ВАЗ 2104 (д.н. 397-96АЕ) синього кольору.

Коли виборець виходив з дільниці, то підходив до двох людей, що стояли біля дільниці й вони разом йшли до автомобіля, де виборець отримував гроші.

Нагадаємо, що згідно ч. 2 ст. 160 Кримінального кодексу України «Пропозиція, обіцянка або надання виборцю неправомірної вигоди за вчинення або невчинення будь-яких дій, пов’язаних з безпосередньою реалізацією ним свого виборчого, - караються обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років або позбавленням волі на той самий строк з позбавленням права обіймати певні посади або займатися певною діяльністю на строк від 1 до 3 років.
