В місті Бровари вибори міського голови та депутатів Броварської міської ради найімовірніше будуть визнані такими що не вібулися в зв’язку з тим що всі бюлетені були виготовлені таким чином що можна встановити волевиявлення будь якої особи яка проголосувала (системне порушення таємниці голосування).
На кожному бюлетені та контрольному талоні до нього проставлено унікальний номер бюлетеня по якому можна встановити хто та як проголосував. Грубе системне порушення виборчого законодавства.
