17 січня в Броварах, Борисполі та Новгороді-Сіверському має відбутися повторне голосування на виборах мерів. Робота виборчих дільниць стартує з 8.00 і буде завершена о 20.00.

Перевибори мера та міськради у Броварах міська ТВК призначила 23 листопада, після того, як 9 листопада Київський окружний адміністративний суд визнав вибори в цьому місті такими, що не відбулися. Апеляційний Суд 11 листопада підтвердив це рішення.

Причиною такого рішення суд назвав низку порушень, зокрема "права на вільні вибори, процедури таємного голосування, рівного виборчого права, а також те, що в назві типів виборів в бюлетенях допущені грубі помилки".

Проведення повторних виборів мерів у Борисполі та Новгород-Сіверському обумовлені смертю переможців виборчих перегонів.

На виборах мера Новгород-Сіверського в Чернігівській області переміг чинний голова міста Олег Бондаренко. 29 жовтня стало відомо, що політик помер від коронавірусу.

Бориспільська міська ТВК призначила повторні вибори міського голови ще 24 листопада. У Борисполі переможець виборів голови місцевої ОТГ Анатолій Федорчук помер від COVID-19 28 жовтня 2020 року, ще до оголошення офіційних результатів виборів. Він був мером Борисполя з 2006 року.

У Броварах та Борисполі є прихована агітація на бордах.
 


 


Нагадаємо, місцеві вибори відбулися в Україні 25 жовтня. В Україні станом на 30 жовтня вже були встановлені результати місцевих виборів з виборів депутатів 64 місцевих рад у 23 регіонах. Крім того, визнано обраними 84 глави у 23 областях.
