У середу поліція Білої Церкви  опломбувала борди кандидата-самовисуванця Ярослава Яременка, через скаргу кандидата від "Слуги народу" на цьому ж окрузі. Про це повідомляє  PRпортал із посиланням на "Українську правду".

Кандидат від "Слуги народу" у 90 окрузі Юрій Нестерчук заявив у поліцію на Яременка, що буцімто той використовує в агітації символіку подібну до вище названої партії.

Відтак, поліція Білої Церкви заклеїла чорною плівкою 17 агітаційних білбордів на користь кандидата Яременка, розміщених у місті.

На кожному з них правоохоронці залишили повідомлення про те, що дані об’єкти є речовими доказами у кримінальному проваджені за ч. 1 ст. 157 Кримінального Кодексу України.

У відповідь кандидат Ярослав Яременко написав скаргу до Центральної виборчої комісії та окружної виборчої комісії 90 ВО,  в якій зазначив, що такі дії поліції спрямовані на користь одного з кандидатів та є втручанням у виборчий процес.

 

Яременко розмістив білборди, кольорова гама яких подібна до тієї, яку використовує політична партія "Слуга Народу". Також на них він представляє себе головою ГО "Слуга Народу». Між тим, Яременко не є членом,  або кандидатом від цієї партії, він – самовисуванець.
