У випадку нормалізації ситуації правовий режим воєнного стану може бути скасований у будь-який час. Про це на брифінгу після екстреного засідання РНБО в ніч на 26 листопада заявив секретар РНБО Олександр Турчинов.

На запитання УП, як вплине запровадження воєнного стану на виборчу кампанію, він заявив: "Що стосується виборів, Конституція України і законодавство дають однозначну відповідь на це питання".

Також Турчинов додав, що 26 листопада у Верховній Раді під час розгляду питання щодо запровадження воєнного стану буде присутній президент Петро Порошенко та керівники силового блоку держави.

Нагадаємо, на позачерговому засіданні РНБО було ухвалено рішення звернутися до Верховної Ради щодо розгляду питання про запровадження воєнного стану в Україні.

У ході засідання секретар РНБО Олександр Турчинов запропонував президенту ввести воєнний стан строком на 60 діб.
