Очільник США Дональд Трамп вважає, що Китай докладе зусиль для того, щоб він не переміг на майбутніх президентських виборах. 

"Китай зробить усе можливе, щоб я програв цю гонку", - заявив очільник Сполучених Штатів у середу, 29 квітня, пише The Hill.

На думку Трампа, "Пекін хоче", аби у листопаді переміг колишній віцепрезидент Джо Байден. А потрібно це для того, щоб Китаю було легше тиснути на США, зокрема, щодо питання торгівлі.

Американський президент додав, що Китай "повинен був активніше повідомляти світ про коронавірус, який зародився в Ухані". 

Нагадаємо, що у вівторок, 28 квітня, колишнього віцепрезидента Джо Байдена підтримала у висуванні на посаду президента США ексдержсекретарка Гілларі Клінтон. Раніше Байдена також підтримали сенатор від штату Вермонт та екскандидат у президенти США Берні Сандерс, екскандидатка у президенти США Елізабет Воррен, а також колишній президент США Барак Обама.
