Верховний суд Колорадо виключив колишнього президента Дональда Трампа з виборчого бюлетеня штату у 2024 році‼

Рішення Верховного суду штату стосується лише Колорадо, але це історичне рішення може вплинути на президентську кампанію 2024 року. 

Рішення буде призупинено до 4 січня, в очікуванні апеляції до Верховного Суду США.

Представники виборчої комісії штату Колорадо заявили, що питання має бути вирішене до 5 січня - крайнього терміну, встановленого законом для формування списку кандидатів на праймеріз від Республіканської парті.

Якщо справа дійде до Верховного суду США, вердикт щодо неї буде обов'язковим для всіх штатів.
