Президент США Дональд Трамп заявив, що через голосування поштою існує загроза підробки виборчих бюлетенів Росією та Китаєм
 

Про це повідомляє "Голос Америки".

За словами Трампа, розширення масштабів голосування поштою може перетворити президентські вибори в листопаді в "найбільшу виборчу катастрофу в історії".

"Вони думають, що відправлять сотні мільйонів бюлетенів по всіх Сполучених Штатах, і з цього щось вийде. Ви не дізнаєтеся результати виборів протягом тижнів, може бути, років. Можливо, ви ніколи не дізнаєтеся результат виборів. Це те, що мене хвилює - підтасування, фальсифікації. Люди повинні порозумнішати", - сказав Трамп.

Він запропонував американцям голосувати особисто або скористатися відкріпними бюлетенями.

"Це буде найбільша виборча катастрофа в історії. І, до речі, ви любите говорити про Росію, Китаї та інші країни. Вони зможуть підробити бюлетені. Вони будуть робити все, що потрібно",  - попередив Трамп.

Він додав, що хоче, аби вибори відбулися, і заявив, що його адміністрація працює над вирішенням цієї проблеми.

"Відкріпні бюлетені - відмінно. Прийти на вибори - відмінно. Але якщо ви зробите загальну поштову розсилку мільйонів і мільйонів бюлетенів, ви ніколи не дізнаєтеся реального результату виборів. Це буде дуже сумний день для нашої країни", - сказав Трамп.
