Лідер "Батьківщини" Юлія Тимошенко опублікувала відео з рецептом сирників, які готують в її родині.

"Сьогодні я хочу вам розповісти про секрет виготовлення сирників нашої родини, які передавалися від бабусі до бабусі нам сьогодні", - сказала політик у відео на своїй сторінці в Facebook.

Тимошенко розкрила шість секретів приготування цього десерту: 1) спеціально зробити кальцинований сир  – з молока та хлориду кальцію; 2) сир має бути жорстим і сухим; 3) не додавати борошно; 4) додавати лише жовтки, без білків; 5) цукор замінити стевією; 6) обкатати сирнику у кукурудзяному борошні.

"Якщо всі ці шість секретів ви застосуєте, ви можете отримати найсмачніші сирники, які ви коли-небудь куштували", - запевняє народна обраниця. У кінці ролика депутат згадала, що сьогодні - День кондитера.

"Я хочу привітати одного дуже відомого політика з цим гарним святом і нагадати йому, що йому вже час повертатися в професію", - підсумувала Тимошенко.

Також Тетяна зазначила, що вказана в рецепті стевія - не для електорату Тимошенко, який базується на пенсіонерах, а як відомо, стевія значно дорожча за цукор.
