Користувачі соціальної мережі використовують його для зневажливих висловлювань на адресу учасників подібних атак і для об'єднання британців для протидії ісламістському екстремізму, пишуть Українські новини

Як повідомляє "Голос Америки", зі слів очевидців, нападаючи з ножем на людей на станції в східній частині Лондона, злочинець кричав: "Це вам за Сирію".

Пізніше поліція заявила, що в результаті інциденту було поранено трьох людей, одного з них - серйозно.

Користувач Тwitter на ім'я Крейг Морріс написала: "Одна фраза відштовхує екстремістів і поєднує всіх інших. Така наша позиція зараз. Чудово".

Користувач Russburt так прокоментував репліку очевидця: "Одна людина одним реченням зробила для зімкнення співтовариства більше, ніж будь-яка урядова ініціатива".
