Російський телеканал "Дождь" подав судовий позов проти українського відеосервісу Divan.TV з вимогою повернути борг і припинити трансляцію каналу.

Про це повідомляє російське інформагентство RNS із посиланням на генерального директора каналу Наталю Синдєєву.

"Позов проти телеканалу ТОВ "Диван ТВ" поданий у зв'язку з невиконанням ТОВ "Диван ТВ" зобов'язань за договором. Це позов про стягнення заборгованості за договором з вимогою припинити незаконне розповсюдження продукції телеканалу "Дождь"", - цитують її слова.

За інформацією агентства, взятою в картотеці арбітражних справ, позов поданий 9 лютого в Арбітражний суд Москви, сума позовних вимог складає 817 тисяч рублів (близько 14 тис. доларів). Дата розгляду справи поки не призначена.

Як повідомлялося, 12 січня Національна рада з питань телебачення та радіомовлення зобов'язала українських провайдерів протягом місяця припинити ретрансляцію російського телеканалу "Дождь" через невизнання останнім суверенітету України і територіальної цілісності, а також показ російської реклами.

Зокрема, телеканал звинуватили в тому, що він називав адміністративний кордон між Херсонською областю та Кримом кордоном між Україною і Росією, також демонстрував карту Росії, на якій півострів показаний як територія РФ.
