Анатолий Октисюк отметил в разговоре с журналистами издания Главред, что такой моновласти, какую сейчас получает Владимир Зеленский, не было даже у Виктора Януковича. При этом политический эксперт АЦ DemocracyHouse указал на достаточно тревожный момент - по его мнению, компетентность и профессионализм депутатов парламента нового созыва вызывает определенные сомнения, сообщает PRпортал.
По словам Анатолия Октисюка, Владимир Зеленский имеет все шансы сосредоточить в своих руках моновласть, причем такую, какой не было даже у Виктора Януковича. Во многом это объясняется запросом на обновление парламента, созревшем внутри украинского общества. Однако здесь есть один весьма тревожный момент, поскольку компетентность и профессионализм депутатов Рады 9-го созыва вызывает определенные сомнения.
Сейчас сложно сказать, как они будут работать - защищать позицию фракции, или вести собственную игру, зарабатывая очки, как говориться, на перспективу. Это может стать причиной противоречий - как внутри партии президента, так и парламентской коалиции. В таком случае нельзя исключать даже сценария с новыми досрочными выборами в Раду.
