Житомирський окружний адміністративний суд зобов'язав ОВК округу №64 (Коростень) перерахувати голоси на всіх виборчих дільницях округу.

Пряма мова з опублікованого рішення суду: Зобов'язати окружну виборчу комісію одномандатного виборчого округу №64 здійснити повторний підрахунок голосів за виборчою документацією по всіх виборчих дільницях в одномандатному виборчому окрузі №64.

Таким чином суд задовольнив позов довіреної особи кандидата від партії "Слуга народу" Вячеслава Сігачова, який просив визнати протиправними дії ОВК, скасувати протокол про результати голосування та зобов’язати окружну комісію округу №64 здійснити повторний підрахунок голосів по всіх виборчих дільницях (їх у цьому окрузі 299).

Судове засідання почалося о 10:00 26 липня і тривало з перервами до 1 години ночі 27 липня. О 9:00 27 липня колегія у складі трьох суддів продовжила розгляд справи, о 12:30 судді пішли до дорадчої кімнати і через чотири години оголосили своє рішення – позов задовольнити повністю.

У ході засідання Сігачов заявив про погрози своїй родині. "Були анонімні погрози життю моїх дітей і моєї сім’ї. І мене примушували визнати результати цих виборів", - сказав він.
