Печерський районний суд Києва постановив надати доступ до Facebook-сторінок підозрюваних у справі про убивство Олеся Бузини. Про це йдеться в ухвалі, оприлюдненій у єдиному реєстрі судових рішень.

Відповідне клопотання подав прокурор у справі Олександр Машков.

Згідно з ухвалою, адміністрація Facebook має надати слідчим тимчасовий доступ "до речей і документів" перелічених акаунтів, а також надати їм можливість вилучити копії цих документів.

Зокрема, мова йде про акаунт Андрія Медведька - одного із двох затриманих 18 червня за підозрою в причетності до організації вбивства Олеся Бузини.

Олеся Бузину вбили 16 квітня 2015 року у Києві у дворі його багатоквартирного будинку.

У жовтні суд продовжив арешт підозрюваного у вбивстві журналіста Олеся Бузини Андрія Медведька ще на два місяці.
