Київський окружний адміністративний суд зобов’язав Броварську міську ТВК повторно провести місцеві вибори голови і депутатів Броварської об’єднаної територіальної громади.

Про це повідомляє пресцентр партії "Голос"

Зазначається, що суд задовольнив позов кандидата на посаду Броварського міського голови від партії "Голос" Андрія Саука.

Підставою для позову стали зафіксовані кандидатами та спостерігачами "Голосу" порушення таємниці голосування на дільницях у місті Бровари.

За їхніми даними, кожен виборчий бюлетень на цих дільницях мав свій індивідуальний номер, і цей же номер був продубльований на контрольному талоні. Це давало змогу фіксувати та співставляти номери та визначити, за кого віддав голос той чи інший виборець.

Пряма мова голови Київської обласної територіальної організації політичної партії "Голос" Ярослава Железняка: "Це перша інстанція і, звичайно, маємо дочекатися результатів апеляції. Втім, це пряме порушення виборчого законодавства. Тож ми сподіваємося, що закон буде дотриманий, а в Броварах будуть проведені повторні чесні та неупереджені вибори".
