У Харкові на виборчій дільниці №631306 по вул. Олеся Гончара спостерігач ОПОРИ зафіксував підписання пустого протоколу. 

Дільниця розташована на території КНП “"Міська клінічна лікарня №14 ім. проф. Л.Л.Гіршмана"

Так, спостерігач зафіксував, що у пустому протоколі вже підписалися голова, заступник та секретар дільничної виборчої комісії. Також є підписи членів ДВК і навіть офіційного спостерігача.

Після фіксування факту дочасного підписання протоколу спостерігач ОПОРИ викликав поліцію.

“Протокол про підрахунок голосів підписується вже після завершення процесу голосування, коли в нього вже внесені всі дані, зокрема, про кількість голосів за кандидатів”, — зазначив координатор спостереження Громадянської мережі ОПОРА за виборами у Харківській області Микола Зінченко.

За його словами, підписання протоколу раніше може свідчити про ймовірні спроби фальсифікації виборчої документації.
