Агітація у день голосування заборонена виборчим законодавством. Однак спостерігачі ОПОРИ фіксують випадки агітації біля виборчих дільниць на Черкащині.
Зокрема, на виборчій дільниці №711030 (школа №29) у Черкасах спостерігачі ОПОРИ зафіксували на вході до приміщення для голосування "макет" кандидата в народні депутати від "Національного Корпусу" Дмитра Кухарчука, який наразі перебуває в СІЗО.
Після зауваження спостерігачки ОПОРИ макет прибрали.
Також біля виборчої дільниці №711069 (школа №6) спостерігачі побачили громадянина у брендованому одязі, виконаному в стилістичному рішенні, близькому до рекламних матеріалів політичної сили, яка має свого висуванця в окрузі. Як повідомляють спостерігачі ОПОРИ, на шкільне подвір'я прибули представники однієї з політичних сил та змусили громадянина зняти одяг, що містить приховану агітацію.
Спостерігачі ОПОРИ повідомили, що офіційний спостерігач від іншого кандидата зареєстрував заяву про порушення.
