Низкая явка на внеочередных парламентских выборах объясняется двумя факторами. Об этом сообщается на странице Социологической группы "Рейтинг" в Facebook.

Как отмечается в сообщении, по данным Центральной избирательной комиссии, явка составила 49,8% и выборы подтвердили, что на парламентские выборы ходит меньше избирателей, чем на президентские.

Кроме того, по расчетам социологов, не по месту регистрации (на отдыхе, за границей) находилось от 7 до 10% избирателей.

"Таким образом, период отпусков точно повлиял на итоговую явку", - говорится в сообщении.

Напомним, заместитель главы Центральной избирательной комиссии Евгений Радченко заявил, что явка меньше 50% на парламентских выборахдля Украины это необычно низкий показатель. По мнению Радченко, мировая тенденция к снижению активности избирателей коснулась Украины.

Как сообщало РБК-Украина, по данным опроса Социологической группы "Рейтинг", на вторую половину месяца планировали отпуск 24% граждан Украины. Треть планировали провести отпуск по месту жительства, 37% отметили, что имеют планы посетить другой регион Украины, 18% - уехать за границу.

    Как и ожидалось, явка на этих выборах поставила антирекорд. Это самая низкая явка за всю историю независимой Украины. И это первый в истории независимой Украины парламент, избранный МЕНЬШИНСТВОМ (49,8%). Большинство населения Украины этих господ и этих "слуг" вовсе НЕ ВЫБИРАЛО. Эти депутаты представляют меньшинство населения. Так что под вопросом легитимность этого парламента, собранного и слепленого впопыхах "из того что было", по старому закону. Хотите демократии? Проводите нормальные новые честные выборы по нормальному новому закону, без мажоритарки и с барьером 3%. Проводите их осенью, как и положено по закону. Иначе это парламент имени Януковича, избранный по его закону. Эти игры в "досрочные выборы" были манипуляцией, призванной не допустить возможности осознанного, информированного выбора. Народу не дали времени и возможности понять, что собой представляют новые партии, созданные специально под выборы. Досрочные выборы - это плохо не только потому, что появилась куча новых мутных партий, которые ещё никак себя не проявили, ничего не сделали и по сути являются "котами в мешке", но и потому, что выборы прошли в разгар лета, в разгар сезона отпусков, люди разъехались, кто на море, кто на дачах. Какая там политика... Но для хитровывернутых кукловодов это время самое подходящее - побыстрее, пока народ не опомнился. И фальсифицировать летом проще - вследствие жары и падения у народа интереса к политике вряд ли против фальсификаций соберётся серьёзный протест. Всё это на руку бессовестным манипуляторам и сейчас где-то в элитных особняках они потирают руки в предвкушении крупного деребана. НЕПРИЗНАНИЕ и НОВЫЕ ВЫБОРЫ! Только так можно восстановить легитимность парламента.
