Силовики вбачають у розміщені плакату посягання на територіальну цілісність держави. 

Прокуратура взялася розслідувати розміщення банера з мапою України без Криму до святкування Дня Незалежності у місті Бровари.

Про це повідомляє прес-служба прокуратури Київської області, передає ТСН

Так, 23 серпня 2017 року, на броварській сцені було розміщено зображення, на якому відсутні територіальні складові одиниці суверенної території України, а саме Донецької, Луганської областей та Автономної Республіки Крим.

" Броварською місцевою прокуратурою здійснюється досудове розслідування у кримінальному провадженні за ознаками кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч. 1 ст. 110 (посягання на територіальну цілісність та недоторканність України) Кримінального кодексу України", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Територіальна підслідність визначена за Головним управлінням СБУ у місті Києві та Київській області. 

Нагадаємо, раніше у Броварах Київської області головну сцену міста до дня святкування 26-річчя незалежності оформили мапою без Криму. Після скандалу очільниця відділу культури міськради Інна Савченко вирішила піти з посади. 

Натомість мер Броварів Ігор Сапожко назвав те, що сталося, "спланованою провокацією".
