17 ноября, в воскресенье, в Беларуси проходят выборы депутатов палаты представителей Национального собрания страны. По сообщениям Интерфакс, избирательные участки начали свою работу в 8 часов утра (7:00 по киевскому времени) и закроются в 20 часов. В общей сложности, в Беларуси будут открыты 5,7 тысяч участков. За пределами страны граждане Беларуси смогут проголосовать на 46 участках. 

В списки избирателей включено почти 7 млн человек. На 110 депутатских кресел претендуют 513 кандидатов. Чтобы выборы были признаны состоявшимися, должны проголосовать не менее 50% избирателей, которые внесены в списки для голосования. Нужно отметить, что с 12 по 16 ноября в Беларуси проходило досрочное голосование и тогда явка составила всего 35%. На парламентских выборах в Беларуси будут присутствовать он более тысячи международных наблюдателей. Предварительные итоги выборов будут известны уже сегодня вечером. 

Напомним, что президентские выборы в Беларуси пройдут летом следующего года. Политологи практически не сомневаются в том, что Александр Лукашенко сможет остаться еще на один срок. Он является бессменным лидером Беларуси с лета 1994 года. Сейчас Лукашенко 65 лет, и, скорее всего, выборы состоятся как раз в его день рождения, 30 августа.
