Кандидат в мэры Херсона от партии «Наш Край» Владимир Сальдо заявил о снятии своей кандидатуры с выборов мэра Херсона, второй тур которых был назначен на 15 ноября, сообщает местное издание «Херсонские факты». «Нынешняя избирательная кампания — самая грязная в истории Херсона… В результате горожане стали заложниками нечистых на руку политиков, которые любым способом пытаются удержаться у власти, пише delo.ua

Я снимаю свою кандидатуру, но остаюсь вместе с вами. Я — ваш представитель в городском совете. Моя команда — это жители Херсона», — сказал Сальдо на пресс-конференции во вторник. Он заявил, что продолжит борьбу за развитие города и его благополучие вне политики, однако сказал, что партия «Наш край» «не допустит принятия любых решений, ухудшающих жизнь в городе».

На вопрос, кого он поддержит во втором туре выборов мэра, В.Сальдо заявил, что хочет поддержать хозяйственника, а не того, кто хочет быть политиком. При этом он напомнил, что во второй тур проходит кандидат, который занял третье место в первом туре выборов городского головы.
