Депутат законодательного собрания Санкт-Петербурга Виталий Милонов направил обращение в Министерство культуры РФ с предложением разработать «Концепцию по защите отечественного информационного пространства». Предполагается, что произведения, которые соответствуют традиционным ценностям, получат знак качества, а «вредные» произведения — нет. Это будет ориентиром для потребителей. По мнению депутата, очевидно, что одно из самых вредных произведений, которое точно не получит знака качества, — культовый сериал «Игра престолов». Идею поддержали в РПЦ и высмеяли в творческой среде,пишут Известия

По словам Виталия Милонова, сейчас практически каждое произведение, которое делается на Западе, работает на то, чтобы разрушить традиционные ценности.

— Во всё талантливое монтируются определенные идеологические вещи, — сказал он. — Они не влияют на содержание, чтобы не казаться навязчивыми. При этом они демонстрируют абсолютную обыденность ранее неприемлемых идей. К примеру, в фильме есть лесбиянка или гомосексуалист.

Как отметил Виталий Милонов, обычно такие вещи нельзя отнести к пропаганде, но они «работают на подсознательном уровне».
