Государственная дума России готовится внести в законодательство норму о праве граждан Украины и других стран, власти которых затрудняют выдачу справок об отказе от гражданства, публично заявить о выходе из гражданства.

Об этом пишет российская газета "Коммерсант" со ссылкой на главу комитета Госдумы по законодательству Павла Крашенинникова.

"Есть страны, у которых получить такую справку сложно, но Украина их просто перестала выдавать", - заявил Крашенинников. По его словам, для таких граждан разрабатываемый законопроект установит процедуру "публичного отречения от гражданства Украины".

Сейчас законодательство РФ требует, чтобы желающие получить российское гражданство предоставили доказательство о выходе из прежнего гражданства.

Напомним, с 2014 по сентябрь 2016 года гражданство Российской Федерации получили почти 170 тысяч граждан Украины. Статус беженца в РФ за 2,5 года получили около 350 украинцев.
