Російський регулятор порушив адміністративну справу щодо компанії Google, пише

Протокол про відповідне рішення регулятор виклав на своєму сайті. У ньому йдеться про те, що згідно з російським законодавством оператори пошукових систем зобов'язані «виключати з результатів пошукової видачі посилання на ресурси з протиправною інформацією».
Для цього пошуковик повинен підключитися до федеральної державної інформаційної системи, що містить перелік заборонених ресурсів. Пошуковик Google цього не зробив. Проти компанії було порушено справу за статтею «Невиконання обов'язків оператором пошукової системи». Покарання для юридичних осіб за цією статтею передбачає штраф від 500 до 700 неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян. Розгляд справи відбудеться в грудні 2018 року.
Згодом прес-секретар відомства Вадим Ампелонський повідомив про те, що відомство не передаватиме протокол до суду й винесе рішення по адміністративній справі самостійно.
Нагадаємо, в червні 2018 пошуковики зобов’язали підключитися до реєстру заборонених сайтів і запровадили для них штрафи за видачу посилань на заборонені ресурси. В минуломі місяці Роскомнагляд надіслав попередження Google про непідключення до реєстру та можливий штраф.
