Официальный представитель Роскомнадзора Вадим Ампелонский напомнил, что один из крупнейших порносайтов PornHub обещал сотрудникам ведомства подарить премиум-аккаунты за снятие блокировки в России. На его беседу с SMM-менеджером страницы ресурса во «ВКонтакте» Дмитрием Колодиным на мероприятии СПИК-2017 обратил внимание пользователь соцсети Феликс Зинатуллин.

Ампелонский в разговоре с «Лентой.ру» подтвердил, что во время выступления решил пошутить на эту тему. «Вадим получит премиум, когда проснется офис в Канаде», — отметил Колодин в комментариях к записи Зинатуллина.

«Свой премиум-аккаунт PornHub передам в благотворительных целях страждущим. Подчеркиваю, что разблокировка PornHub в России состоялась в апреле с.г. на основании судебного решения», — позднее отметил Ампелонский в своем Facebook.

В сентябре 2015 года Крыловский районный суд Краснодарского края постановил заблокировать PornHub, поскольку обнаружил на сайте «запрещенные законодательством порнографические материалы (изображения, видеоролики, видеофильмы)». В 2016 году Роскомнадзор внес сайт компании в реестр запрещенных сайтов.

После того как россияне лишились доступа к PornHub, компания завела страницу во «ВКонтакте» и пообещала всем «пострадавшим» два месяца бесплатной премиум-подписки. В апреле 2017 года ограничение доступа было снято.
