Головний пропагандистський телеканал Кремля заявив, що громадяни країн Європейського союзу опинилися в складній ситуації, коли на полицях в магазинах на всіх не вистачає продуктів, а ціна за ті, які лишилися, зросла в 4 рази. Лише «Першому каналу» відомо про те, що у ЄС насправді люди «загинаються від голоду».

Продаж того, що залишилося в запасах, суворо нормують та викладають на полиці у невеликих кількостях, щоб не було ажіотажу. Наприклад, ви не зможете купити більш качанів кукурудзи або броколі, ніж можна видавати в одні руки. І при цьому ціни просто захмарні! Баклажани та кабачки подорожчали за останній місяць близько в чотири рази», - йдеться у відеосюжеті.
