Російське акціонерне товариство "Авизапчасть" звернулося до арбітражного суду Москви з позовом до французької партії "Національне об'єднання" про повернення 639,7 млн рублів боргу.
 

Про це повідомляє RFI.

Перше, попереднє слухання у справі призначили на червень 2020 року. Суд також надіслав партії Ле Пен повідомлення про справу, прийняту до розгляду.

Йдеться про кредит, який партія Ле Пен взяла 2014 року у "Першому чесько-російському банку". Лідерка ультраправих тоді пояснила, що звернулася за кредитом до російського банку, оскільки французькі їй відмовили.

2016 року Центробанк РФ позбавив банк ліцензії, а права вимоги по кредиту французької партії перейшли спочатку до компанії "Конти", а потім - до компанії "Авизапчасть".

"Авизапчасть" була утворена на базі радянського підприємства "Авиазагранпоставка", яке відповідало за обслуговування авіатехніки, що експортується з СРСР.

Зараз компанія продає запчастини, навігаційне обладнання для російської авіатехніки, спеціальні метали для аерокосмічної та авіаційної промисловості, ремонтує ІЛ-76. Компанія повністю належить бізнесменові Валерію Захаренкову, якого пов'язують із торгівлею зброєю.
