Передвиборча кампанія в Рівному набирає обертів. Штаби кандидатів на міського голову не втомлюють дивувати, а іноді навіть і шокувати рівнян своїм креативом. 

 Неподалік зупинки «Театральна»  юнак у захисній масці роздавав рівнянам яйця з яскравими наліпками «Герман з яйцями».

Виявилося, що Віталію Герману така ідея йому сподобається."Ідея прикольна! Місту дійсно потрібен мер з яйцями, - каже, посміхаючись, Герман.

Вталій Герман є заступником міського голови. Він  балотується від "Перемоги Пальчевського". Серед іншого Герман очолює Федерацію дзюдо рівненької області.
