Рейтинг американського президента досяг максимуму, починаючи з жовтня 2013 року. Про це у вівторок, 20 січня, повідомляє The Wall Street Journal з посиланням на спільне опитування WSJ/NBC,пише Корреспондент

Опитування проводилося з 14 по 17 січня, у дослідженні взяли участь 800 дорослих американців. У результаті дослідження з'ясувалося, що значно підвищити свій рейтинг глава США зумів завдяки рішенням щодо Куби та імміграції.
 
Відновленню дипломатичних відносин з Гаваною дали позитивну оцінку 60% респондентів. Видання звертає увагу, що такі кроки Обами були схвалені навіть тими групами населення, які рідко висловлюються на підтримку президента США. Зокрема, це громадяни 65 років і старші, а також жителі південних штатів. Також з'ясувалося, що 49% жителів США підтримують економічні рішення свого президента.
