Окупанти вигадали явку до 50% на "референдумі" у розбитих вщент містах Луганщини, таких як Лисичанськ, Сєвєродонецьк та Рубіжне, повідомив очільник ОВА Сергій Гайдай.

 "Якщо у перший день так званого "референдуму" озброєні військові робили лише поквартирний обхід та примушували голосувати у дворах, то вихідними люди з автоматами оглядають місця масового скупчення людей.

Зокрема, ринки – перевіряють документи і спрямовують до "виборчої дільниці".

За усім цим на всю Луганщину спостерігають лише п’ять осіб, які отримали акредитацію міжнародних. Зокрема, з білорусі та Камеруну.

Ніде не оголошується кількість тих, хто віддав голос, – лише відсоток. В розбитих майже вщент Лисичанську, Сєвєродонецьку, Рубіжному окупанти заявляють про явку від 41 до 46 %, але при цьому не мають списків населення, яке в цих містах залишилося".

За словами Гайдая, окупанти можуть рахувати 46% від тих 10 тисяч осіб, які залишилися у Сєвєродонецьку. Тобто, порахували в ОВА, 4,5 тисячі від 110 тисяч, які проживали там до війни.
