В Ивано-Франковской области будут судить женщину, которая в соцсети Facebook распространяла ложную информацию о вакцине против коронавируса. Ей грозит штраф или исправительные работы.

"Из протокола об административном правонарушении следует, что жительница Коломыи в сети Интернет на своей странице в Facebook распространила ложную информацию относительно вакцины, которая якобы не прошла всех этапов испытания, что могло вызвать панику среди населения", - говорится в сообщении.

В суде сообщили, что женщину будут судить за распространение ложных слухов, которые могут вызвать панику среди населения (ст. 173 - 1 КУоАП).

Женщине грозит штраф от 10 до 15 необлагаемых минимумов доходов граждан или исправительные работы на срок до одного месяца с отчислением двадцати процентов заработка.
