Довідка про несудимість не буде потрібна для висування кандидатів на місцевих виборах. Таке рішення прийняла сьогодні, 15 вересня, Верховна Рада. "За" проголосувало 325 нардепів, "проти" - 0, "утрималися" - 3.

Пропозиція була узгоджена на нараді голів фракцій перед перервою у роботі Ради. Під час перерви комітет розглянув запропонований законопроект і виніс його на голосування до залу. Законопроект прийняли в першому і другому читаннях без внесення поправок.

Автор законопроекту, нардеп із фракції Голос Роман Лозинський, пояснив скасування довідок про несудимість тим, що їхнє отримання є зайвою бюрократичною процедурою. Він зазначив, що, заповнюючи документи, кандидат неодноразово заявляє про свою несудимість, і несе за це відповідальність.
