Верховная Рада отправила на доработку изменения в Закон Украины "О рекламе" (относительно усовершенствования регулирования рекламы услуг народной медицины (целительства), услуг, связанных с привлечением средств населения, объектов строительства, ценных бумаг и фондового рынка на радио).

За законопроект №4924 не набралось достаточно голосов сначала в целом, а потом и в первом чтении. Только после того, как спикер Андрей Парубий поставил "на доработку", сразу же набралось 240 голосов, при необходимых 226.

Документом предлагается изъять из статей 21, 24, 25 и 25-1 Закона Украины "О рекламе" требования относительно указания реквизитов разрешительных документов в рекламе на радио.

Как поясняет инициатор законопроекта, с 2008 года единственным требованием к распространению рекламы товаров, подлежащих обязательной сертификации, производство или реализация которых требует наличия специального разрешения или лицензии, является предоставление распространителю рекламы заверенной копии сертификата, разрешения или лицензии на соответствующий товар или его производство/реализацию.

"Учитывая то, что в коротких рекламных роликах на радио такую ??информацию невозможно запомнить и использовать, что раздражает аудиторию, целесообразно отменить соответствующие требования к рекламе услуг", — говорится в пояснительной записке к законопроекту.

Эта отмена позволила б сделать рекламу менее раздражающей для потребителей.
