18 червня, на Сумщині в місті Конотоп депутат облрад Сергій Демеха почав стріляти по людях, які заступились за дівчину, до якої чиновник приставав, інформує  Корреспондент.net.

Відповідну інформацію оприлюднив на власній сторінці в соціальній мережі Facebook очільник міста Артем Семеніхін. Він розповів, що інформацію про цей інцидент йому розповіли місцеві активісти, які вже почали зносити шини до місцевої поліції у відповідь проти сваволлі чиновника. Вони зателефонували меру Конотопа, повідомивши, що п’яний депутат Сергій Демеха в центрі міста почав приставати до дівчини з непристойними пропозиціями. Перехожі заступились за неї, а у відповідь на це Демеха почав стріляти в людей з особистої зброї. Після інциденту люди заблокували чиновника у його власному автомобілі.

В свою чергу речниця місцевої поліції Ельвіра Біганова повідомила, що співробітники поліції отримали 2 заяви, в одній з яких депутат поскаржився на те, що невідомий чоловік забрав у нього золоту прикрасу, а в іншому зверненні до правоохоронців місцевий житель заявив, що депутат намагався в нього вистрелити. Згодом сам депутат заявив, що на нього намагалися вчинити замахах «на політичному підґрунті». Правоохоронці наразі встановлюють всі обставини інциденту.
