Президент РФ Володимир Путін під час послання Федеральним зборам запропонував передати Держдумі право затверджувати кандидатуру прем'єрміністра Росії
Про це повідомляє "Медуза".
Путін також запропонував, щоб парламент за поданням голови уряду затверджував всіх віцепрем'єрів і федеральних міністрів.
Відзначимо, що на сьогоднішній день відповідно до ст. 111 і 112 Конституції РФ президент просто отримує згоду Держдуми на призначення прем'єрміністра, після чого самостійно призначає прем'єр-міністра, його заступників і міністрів.
"Пропоную змінити цей порядок і довірити Держдумі не просто узгодження, а затвердження кандидатури голови уряду Російської Федерації", – заявив Путін.
Водночас, підкреслив Путін, за президентом має залишитися право усувати прем'єрміністра, його заступників та інших міністрів в разі, якщо ті втратили довіру чи неналежним чином виконують свої обов'язки.
