Посетители площади Таймс-сквер в Нью-Йорке обратили внимание на неожиданно появившееся на одном из рекламных экранов изображение президента России Владимира Путина, который подмигнул и исчез так же быстро, как и появился. Заснявший включение американец, выложил ролик наYouTube, передает Лента.ру

Анимация появилась на экране во время рекламы автомобиля Volvo. Зритель, случайно поймавший камерой включение, пребывал в недоумении от увиденного. По информации очевидцев, российский лидер прерывал рекламу на Таймс-сквер в течение нескольких суток.

Сайт Inforeactor отмечает, что американцы, оставлявшие комментарии под видео, в целом положительно отнеслись к внезапному появлению Путина во время рекламы на центральной площади Нью-Йорка. Некоторые из них предлагали почаще устраивать такие включения, но в лучшем качестве.

Ресурс предполагает, что произошедшее стало результатом работы «свитчеров», которые удаленно вклиниваются в работу цифровых мониторов и выводят на экраны изображения и ролики, привлекающие внимание к общественным деятелям и мировым проблемам.
