Прокуратура вилучила пістолет у народного депутата Сергія Пашинського (фракція "Народний фронт"), з якого він стріляв 31 грудня в Київській області.

Про це під час брифінгу повідомив прокурор Київської області Дмитро Чібісов, передають Українські новини.

Він зазначив, що депутат використовував пістолет австрійської марки Glock.

"Вилучено зброю, вилучено патрони", - повідомив прокурор. Крім того, вилучено дозвільну документацію на зброю.

Також Чібісов повідомив, що поки мова йде про попередню кваліфікацію справи, передає 112 Україна.

"Це попередня кваліфікація, вона була визначена органом, який почав розслідувати цю справу. Ми встановлюємо всі обставини. За результатами конкретного чіткого визначення дій кожного, ми зможемо точно сказати, які є ознаки складу злочинів", - заявив Чибісов.

Як відомо, 31 грудня в лісі біля одного з сіл Васильківського району Київської області Пашинський вистрелив у ногу місцевому жителю В'ячеславу Хімікусу.

В ході конфлікту депутат вистрілив йому в стегно з пістолета, сам же отримав удар пляшкою по голові.

Депутат заявляє, що напдником був саме Хімікус, а той, у свою чергу, стверджує інше.

Кримінальне провадження за фактом застосування Пашинським вогнепальної зброї розслідує прокуратура Київської області.
