Обыск в офисе винницкой "Батькивщины" был проведен в среду из-за того, что там нашли газеты с компрометирующей и недостоверной информацией об одном из кандидатов в Президенты, сообщили в Генпрокуратуре Украины, пишет Полемика.
"В винницкую милицию обратился депутат с жалобой, что в городе распространяются газеты с недостоверной и компрометирующей информацией против одного из кандидатов в Президенты (фамилия не указывается). Милиция открыла дело по статье "воспрепятствование осуществлению избирательного права", - пояснили в Генпрокуратуре.
Там также сообщили, что такие газеты были найдены накануне во время поиска взрывчатки в офисе "Батькивщины". "По результатам осмотра и с целью установления лиц, причастных к распространению тиража газеты с недостоверной и компрометирующим информацией относительно кандидата в Президенты, правоохранители инициировали проведение обысков в помещениях областной организации ВО "Батькивщина" и одной из частных типографий на основании разрешения следователя и судьи", - сообщает прокуратура.
