Кандидат в народные депутаты Сергей Медведчук, который проиграл на выборах в Верховную Раду на округе в Луганской области, подал в суд на Центральную избирательную комиссию.

«Председатель ОИК занимается фальсификацией выборов. Он предоставил ложные сведения, это статья Уголовного кодекса. Я сегодня подал иск в Киевский апелляционный административный суд на ЦИК», — сказал он в интервью Громадському.

Медведчук отметил, что также подал в суд на главу окружной избирательной комиссии.

«Их приняли. С иском ознакомились члены окружной комиссии и временно отстранили его (главу ОИК — ред.) до выяснения ситуации», — подчеркнул он.

Ранее сообщалось, что по результатам обработки 100% протоколов на 105-м избирательном округе в Луганской области брат кума президента РФ Виктора Медведчука Сергей Медведчук не прошел в Верховную Раду нового созыва.

В округе одержала победу кандидат от Оппозиционного блока, руководитель направления по устойчивому развитию ДТЭК Энерго Виктория Гриб (39,58%). Она получила на 369 голосов больше, чем Медведчук.

После этого на округе повторно пересчитывали голоса.

Напомним, 21 июля в Украине прошли досрочные выборы в Верховную Раду.

По результатам обработки 100% протоколов, в парламент прошли пять партий: Слуга народа, ОПЗЖ, Батькивщина, Европейская солидарность и Голос.
