Пропагандисты путинского режима впали в истерику в связи с тем, что Соединенные Штаты якобы хотят присоединить Кубань к Украине. Как передает PRпортал, причиной такой жесткой реакции у кремлевских рупоров стала статья журналистов «Радио Свобода» о том, как украинцам возвращают историческую память об их этнических территориях. Дискуссия на тему этого материала состоялась в эфире пропагандистского ток-шоу «60 минут» на канале «Россия 1».
«После зачистки Донбасса и возвращения Крыма должно произойти присоединение российской Кубани. И за Кубань уже взялись американцы, это не шутки. Сливной бачок американской пропаганды «Радио Свобода» постоянно штампует статьи про Кубанскую Украину — государство, существовавшее только на публикуемых авторами этих статей якобы старинных картах», - с тревогой в голосе заявила одиозная ведущая Ольга Скабеева.
С ней согласился пропагандист Евгений Попов. Он считает, что подтверждением планов Украины вернуть себе Кубань является идея по переименованию улицы Маршала Жукова в Киеве в улицу Кубанской Украины. «Таким образом там собираются чтить борьбу за независимость и воссоединение с Украиной украинской Кубани в 1917-1921 годах», —возмущаясь сказал рупор Кремля.
