Президент Петро Порошенко звільнив Ігоря Гриніва з посади заступника глави Адміністрації президента у зв’язку з обранням його народним депутатом.

Іншим указом Порошенко призначив на місце заступника глави АП Ігоря Райніна.

Як відомо, Ігор Гринів вів Президентську кампанію Петра Порошенка, а також був іделогом кампанії партії  "Блок Петра Порошенка".
