Прем'єр-міністр Вірменії Овік Абрамян на засіданні уряду в четвер заявив про своє рішення подати у відставку.

Про це повідомляє "Новини-Вірменія".

"Я вирішив подати у відставку і дати можливість президенту сформувати новий уряд", - сказав Абрамян.

Своє рішення він пояснив необхідністю застосування нових підходів у питанні управління державою. Овік Абрамян обіймав посаду прем'єр-міністра Вірменії з квітня 2014 року.

За даними NEWSam, в якості наступника Абрамяна обговорюється кандидатура Карена Карапетяна – колишнього мера Єревану і колишнього глави ЗАТ "АрмРосгазпром".

Пізніше Карапетян обійняв посаду заступника генерального директора зі стратегії та розвитку ТОВ "Газпром міжрегіонгаз".
