Дослівно: "У російських ЗМІ з’явилася інформація, що до Херсону для підготовки "референдуму" прибув заступник голови Адміністрації РФ С. Кирієнко. Крім того, чиновник збирається запустити в місті конкурс "Лідери відродження", який влаштували, як заявляється, для "формування нової еліти регіону".

Деталі: 21 вересня деякі ресурси повідомляли, що Кирієнко, який у Кремлі відповідає за внутрішню політику, нібито прибув до Херсона для підготовки так званого "референдуму" попри "вкрай напружену та не просту фронтову обстановку в Херсонській області".

Пропашандисти стверджували, що Кирієнко особисто вирушив до адміністративної столиці "майбутнього російського регіону" для того, щоб запустити там конкурс "Лідери Відродження" для формування "нової регіональної еліти".

А ​​на зустрічі з місцевими чиновниками він нібито обговорював підготовку до "референдуму".
