Народный депутат Украины Борислав Береза имеет двойное гражданство.

Об этом на своей странице в Facebook сообщил бывший заместитель главы Администрации президента Андрей Портнов.

Он опубликовал документ, который был выдан Министерством внутренних дел Израиля на имя Бляхер-Березы Борислава Ефимовича 17 января 2016 года в городе Ришон-ле-Цион, Израиль.

"Из опубликованного документа следует, что в 2015 году фигурант обратился к израильским властям и изменил свой статус, оставшись гражданином Израиля, но перестав быть налоговым резидентом этой страны", - написал Портнов, добавив, что, согласно с украинским законодательством, Береза должен сложить мандат нардепа и понести ответственность за предоставление недостоверной информации.

По мнению Андрея Портнова, двойное гражданство берут, чтобы не платить налоги ни в Израиле, ни в Украине.
