Президент України Петро Порошенко пропонує скасувати депутатську недоторканість, повідомляє ТСН

Для цього він подав до Верховної Ради законопроект про внесення змін до статті 80 Конституції України, зареєстрований під номером №7203. Який передбачає виключення зі статті 80 чинної редакції Конституції положення, згідно з яким народним депутатам України гарантується депутатська недоторканність.

Також пропонується виключити положення, відповідно до якого народні депутати не можуть бути без згоди Верховної Ради притягнені до кримінальної відповідальності, затримані чи заарештовані. Законопроектом передбачається, що він набирає чинності з 1 січня 2020 року.

Нагадаэмо, що днями у парламенті  було зареєстровано проект постанови, який може підвищити заробітні плати депутатам Верховної Ради. Ним передбачається "встановити розмір посадових окладів народних депутатів на рівні посадових окладів членів Кабінету міністрів, виходячи з розміру прожиткового мінімуму, встановленого для працездатних осіб на 1 січня календарного року".
