Президент України Петро Порошенко підписав Закон «Про позачергові вибори Криворізького міського голови», ухвалений Верховною Радою 23 грудня 2015 року.

Про це повідомляє прес-служба Глави держави.

"Законом вибори мера у Кривому Розі призначені на 27 березня. Також Центральній виборчій комісії доручено з урахуванням пропозицій відповідної територіальної виборчої комісії визначити обсяг бюджетних видатків, необхідних для проведення вказаних виборів, та вжити заходів щодо матеріально-технічного забезпечення для їхньої підготовки та проведення", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Нагадаємо, народні депутати 26 січня відмовились ухвалити проект постанови № 3613-П, запропонований Опозиційним блоком, про скасування рішення щодо проведення позачергових виборів криворізького міського голови. Раніше Голова Верховної Ради Володимир Гройсман заявляв, що після розгляду цієї постанови він зможе підписати закон про призначення позачерго
