Студенты польского Международного университета дизайна и проектирования School of Form создали видеоролик, в основу которого легли кадры довоенного и военного Донецка, а также песня украинской певицы Джамалы "Шлях додому ".

Соответствующее видео, опубликованное на YouTube, начинается с кадров мирного города, на которых можно увидеть набережную Кальмиуса, терриконы на горизонте и донецкий аэропорт. Позже на видео появляется военная техника, а также показаны бои за аэропорт.

School of Form – международный вуз в Познани в Польше, который готовит бакалавров в области дизайна и проектирования. В октябре 2011 года в него поступили первые студенты.

Украинские военные, которых позже прозвали "киборгами", в течение 242 дней защищали донецкий аэропорт от боевиков, но 22 января 2015 года вынуждены были покинуть его. В ходе сражений были полностью разрушены все здания, оба терминала и башня управления. Бои в районе аэропорта идут по сей день, спикеры АТО называют этот район одной из самых горячих точек Донбасса.

Конфликт на востоке Украины продолжается с весны 2014 года, когда пророссийские сепаратисты начали захватывать администрации в городах Донбасса и проводить так называемые выборы. Сейчас они контролируют часть Донецкой и Луганской областей.
