Сотрудники Святошинского РУ полиции Киева обнаружили два автобуса, на которых для голосования в столицу прибыли более 130 жителей Житомирской области.

Так, в полицию поступило сообщение об обнаружении двух автобусов с гражданами возле избирательных участков в Святошинском районе столицы. Во время отработки этой информации полицейские нашли два автобуса, в которых находилось 132 человека. Для установления анкетных данных и цели организованной в столицу поездки все прибывшие в столицу были опрошены.
В ходе первоочередных следственных действий правоохранители уже установили личность подозреваемого в организации этой поездки граждан из Житомирской области в город Киев.
Собранные данные внесены в Единый реестр досудебных расследований. Открыто уголовное производство по ч. 2 ст. 160 (подкуп избирателя, участника референдума, члена избирательной комиссии или комиссии по референдуму) Уголовного кодекса Украины. Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде ограничения свободы на срок до 3 лет или лишение свободы на срок от 2 до 6 лет с лишением права занимать определенные должности или заниматься определенной деятельностью на срок 5 лет.
В рамках досудебного расследования устанавливаются все обстоятельства этого происшествия.
